Scratch - Lender Experience
Played a key role in designing the next generation of Scratch’s lender platform, introducing self-service features. The redesign reduced escalations between Scratch and lenders by 15% and significantly decreased manual work for operations teams.
Ensured compliance and improved the forbearance workflow, giving borrowers greater visibility into their overall loan journey. This resulted in higher application completion rates and a noticeable reduction in support calls.
Redesigned information architecture and website to increases leads and conversions. Design process include content audit and strategy, creating a new sitemap and wireframing with content.
